We’re a team of avid adventurers and fun-loving festival-goers!

Years back we realized people like us love going to events and being close to the action, but finding the right accommodation is often the problem. Hotels are too expensive or far away. Camping in the elements is less than desirable. And most of the RV rentals out there look like something grandma and grandpa take to lake for a long weekend vacation.

So we set out to offer more than just RV rentals and create hospitality experiences on wheels!

WHat SERVICEs DOEs DEPaRt PRoviDE?

Customers love to rent our Wheels (RVs and Trailers) because they’re carefully customized with amenities and features that make large scale events that much more enjoyable.

We pride ourselves with appointing and designing our Wheels to delight our customers. Whether it’s comfy bedding, hotel-style toiletries, or upgraded sound, we create an experience for our customers that we know we would love, and they will too!

(Depending on the policies of the event, Depart may also deliver Wheels for customers).

Our team is capable of handling logistics and production for events that require off-grid accomodation, onsite transportation, locally-generated power, and amplified sound.

WHat is iNCLUDED IN MY WHEELs RENTaL?

Your RV or Trailer will come fully stocked with fresh, modern linens, hotel-style toiletries, kitchenware, cookware, dishware, water cooker, coffee cooker, custom lighting, bluetooth speaker, AC/Heating, and more.

HoW DOEs PRICING WORK?

Pricing varies by festival, RV type, and included services. Since each experience is customized, we provide quotes based on your specific request.

WHat EVENTs AND FEsTIVaLs DO YOU COVER?

Depart serves most festivals and large scale events the Southwestern U.S. (Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah). Every event has different rules and restrictions on RVs and Trailers - if you’re not sure what’s allowed, let’s talk and we’ll get you the answer.

Here’s an example: Coachella and Stagecoach take place at the same venue and are produced by Goldenvoice. Coachella doesn’t allow RVs or Trailers in the campgrounds and Stagecoach does allow RVs and Trailers in the same campgrounds, and even provides power for them.

HoW FaR IN ADVaNCE SHOULD I BOOK?

The earlier, the better! Availability is limited, especially for high-demand festivals. Customers that want to guarantee they have the best accommodation for their needs, typically book with us 5-7 months before their event or festival.
